Overview

LaunchGood is a global crowdfunding platform serving Muslim communities. The strength of their product wasn’t reflected in their social presence — largely due to inconsistent internal processes and a lack of cohesive strategy.

Main Challenge

Social media wasn’t scaling with the marketing team.

Social media wasn’t scaling with the marketing team.

As LaunchGood’s marketing team grew and wanted to test new content formats—like carousels, and storytelling—the lack of a system held them back. With only one marketing designer juggling constant requests, creative ideas were delayed or dropped entirely. Visuals became inconsistent, turnarounds were slow, and there was no time left for the design team to focus on deeper brand and product work.

Solution

A system that worked for everyone.

A system that worked for everyone.

We built a flexible set of branded templates and usage rules that empowered the marketing team to create, test, and post content faster—without sacrificing design quality or pulling the design team into every request. The goal wasn’t just consistency; it was creative freedom with structure

Update #1

Establishing Typography
Standards

Establishing Typography
Standards

The fonts—Georgia and Inter—were already part of LaunchGood’s larger design system, with Georgia primarily used in campaign titles. For social media, we clarified how and when to use each: Georgia would be used to highlight emotional or human-centered content, such as quotes or personal stories, while Inter would handle facts, stats, and general informational content.

Update #2

Modular Template Creation

Modular Template Creation

Templates were built around content goals—testimonials, promos, carousels, countdowns—so that even with fast changes, the design held steady. Each one was flexible enough to adapt across multiple formats.

Update #3

Flexible Layouts
& Padding

Flexible Layouts
& Padding

We created a flexible layout system for text placement and added padding to the templates to ensure sufficient breathing room. This padding works in harmony with the guides to maintain a clean and balanced design.
